I DO BECAUSE I LOVE.

i may not be the best at it, and surely not goin to be Malaysian idol, but i do it because i love it. though it’s kinda hard at times, starts work at 745 in the morning, rushing to changed at 7 in the evening, and perform at 8pm, finished at 1045pm, every Thursday,Friday and Saturday and sometime on weekdays as well (for special occasion), at the end of the day, when i am able to give the best, it felt very fulfilling. there are times, i just want to give up and not doing it. but i do because i love.

thanks to my greatest guitarist and very good fren of mine, Hizani, who always bethere when im down and always be the energy for me every single time. 

it's 11:41pm on Monday the 21st.

let me tell you 1st hand,
                              
                                    I AM ON DIET.



i have not eaten rice for more than 3 months now, n previously mmg dah on diet for 1 year n a half. i lost more than 13KG along the way.

                                                             This is me 3-4 years ago

tgk....gemuk kan? bole la kan trime reason kenapa i have that feeling nak kurus kan u ols. it is pretty much about self-esteem tau. not that i dun love my self mase ni, i do. tp bile gi shopping mall and nak shopping, n tgk all the extra small size shirt pun tak ble nak beli,it felt hurt and then ur confidence mesti drop gile time tu.if time ni tau psal THE BIGGEST LOSER ASIA, kompom aku join.
there's so much story time this yg buat i have the strong feeling nak go all out to go on diet. i have try byk cara nak kuruskan badan:

1. slimming cream
2. slimming soap
3. exercising

believe me,semua tak jdi. susah gile kot. then one day...i have gone thru a major break up that left me being devastated sgt2. n from that, kunun2 tak lalu makan la bagaikan.so, accidently,i slowly stop mkn nasi.


                                               RICE.

just nasi je aku tak makan. (the rest melantak la gak kan). eventually, i stop mkn nasik, even for sebutir pun.
my routine was:- air kosong, biskut kering all day. and malam air limau and pape style masakan bihun.
thats it.

for almost 2 years.

This is me after the PUASA NASI time. puas hati tak?

i lost a major 13kg thi time. sampai my fren said to me to stop dieting sbb dah nampak mcm tengkorak. tengkorak hangpa! hehehe...

well,the thing is, sebenarnye nak cite, skang ni i am no more on diet secara sengaja. but secara tidak sengaja because of my busy schedule at work. as for today, i only had a cup of coffee before went off to work, n only to realize that at 4.30pm i dont even have a sip of water apantah lagi nasi or ayam.heheh.. boy,kemain busy aku ni. padahal gaji tak naik pun.

well, my advise for those yg nak diet, pelase do it properly. jangan sampai memudarat kan diri. eat healthy,live a wonderful,happy healthy life. it eventually come naturally to urself.


i am HAPPY with my life. and my body now.

What i do with my weekend?

This is usually the people i spend most of my weekend. so, we declared ourselves as The Weekender Team. suka hati la kan nak panggil diri ape.. sebab we selalu sgt spend time together, so we put a name to it.

the most usual activities yg we all do is:-

KARAOKE-ING!

ini mmg aktiviti wajib kami kalo kuar. bertiga ke, ajak org lain join ke, mesti ade activity ni every weekend.  konon2 dgn harapan nanti kot2 bole jadi penyanyi popular kan kan..huhu

the other things we like to do is SHOPPING! * tp ni acad tak brape nak gemor sgt la,tp sebab die terpaksa ikut anak2 gadis, nasib la hang kan acad* since dah ade kat KL ni shopping je la keje nye pun. Selalu gi OU, kadang2 bole terlajak sampai ke shah alam semata2 nak gi Jusco  Bukit Raja je. bukan ape,nak lari dr sesak KL..letih mak nyah! tp mid valley tak main yek..huhu.. So far, OU is the best. hahaha. *hang tak paham kan, buat2 je la paham.

namun begitu,aktiviti shopping ni cume aktiviti berkala je,time2 ade duit je la pun. time ujung2 bulan kena duk sengap la kat umah atau pun sekadar mcm kat bwh ni je.

ada lagi satu the best things to do during2 weekend ni..merayap ke Uptown. mana2 uptown la kami jejak..  dulu dgn farah je gi uptown Shah Alam cukup la kan.. then bile acad join the team, kami merayap lagi ke Danau Kota dan sebagainye. Sometime kuar sampai pukul 7pagi next day just for the sake hang out and update story..then mcm2 story mory la kuar. dari gelak2 sampai sedih2..huhu... 

However, this weekend, The Weekender Team surrender sbb rasa mcm perlu habiskan masa dgn family palk serta mengambil berat plak ttg keadaan bilik serta rumah dan kereta. Tiap2 mingu kuar tumpo!

It's a long distance Birthday shoutout!

today is 20th February.

for as long as i can recall from i was a teenager, zaman2 time baru nak pakai teen bra, zaman2 ni la zaman boyband kan. time ni timbul la name besar kumpulan2 penyanyi lelaki yg ade ciri2 berikut:

1. pakai baju sama ( tshirt warna nak sama, pose pun sama)
2. ade step tarian time persembahan (jangan tipu korang tak tau step tarian lagu 'Everybody'-Backstreet Boys ataupun lagu Nsync.
3. ade name2 timbangan yg macam comel 
4. dalam group mesti ada yg sorang rambut blonde yg market hensem menjadi kegilaan perempuan

dan sebagainye la. nak list panjang sgt.

well..yg nak di shout out kan malam adalah kumpulan.......................

-kenal setiap sorg sampai ke mak bapak dorang skali (padahal time tu sepupu sepapat tak kenal sgt)

-tulis Fan Fiction psal dorg... opps..eh, mane ade,mane ade.. hehe

by the way,

today is 20th February 2011.

because of my looooooooongest crush sampai sekarang is the one yg dlm group ni and today happen to be his birthday, so i felt like nak tulis entry pasal ni. so,here it goes nothing.

haha..well, time die kawen past few years back.. Ya Allah,Tuhan je tau betapa devastated nye time tu dgr die last2 kawen dgn Leighanne Wallace. trus mcm rasa nyampah kat pompuan tu.haha..padahal mmg dah mcm langit dgn Bumi la kan.

tgk..mmg nangis 3 hari 3 malam aku tgk gambar kawen dorg time tu. huk.huk (skang fikir balik seriyes rase bodoh la)

takpela,at least time tu lagi dah ade pengalaman heartbroken. padan la sampai skang pun asik heartbroken je. lain..lain..lain cite nye nnti.

well,once again. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BELOVED BRIAN.

anywho,u r too old for me pun..ececeehhh..dan2 la kan.

tgk...dah jadi mature men dah dorang ni.hensem2 belaka.
